Business Disputes

businessDisputesWhen seeking resolution to your legal matters going to court is not your only option.  There are several other options that are worth exploring when considering how to most effectively resolve your dispute.

  • Mediation- is a voluntary process when the parties in a dispute meet with a neutral mediator to resolve the dispute in a way that is agreeable to all parties.  This process sometimes leads to resolutions that are not always available through the court system.
  • Arbitration- a binding process when a neutral arbitrator takes testimony and evidence, like a judge, and then submits an enforceable award.  Sometimes arbitrations can be conducted quickly and at less expense than if it were to go to court or a jury trial.
